Our project management team successfully completed a long-term project in China including seismic surveying, locating wells, geotechnical efforts, and data processing. We faced many challenges including language and cultural barriers, environmental issues, and problems with communications. There were also several obstacles faced in dealing with opposition from local government agencies and authorities.

Throughout this long-term contract we bid, negotiated, executed, and managed several multi-million dollar operations resulting in successful operations completed on-time, under-budget, and with zero lost time incidents.
